Overview: As an omnipresent slime, you must eat, grow and evolve in order to survive captivity in a research lab and eventually overtake it.
The Slime From Mars is a 2D, top-down resource management game. The design meshes a JRPG-style combat system with the concept of growing region boundaries seen in games like Civilization. Being everywhere at once while only being able to focus your attention in one place at a time offers some interesting decisions.
The game is meant to be light-hearted and cartoon-like, based on cheesy monster movies, but from the point of view of the monster.
I still consider this game unfinished, and is one that I would very much like to finish when I have time.
